If this is so, then the moral decay in our society and the dysfunction in our homes are not first and foremost a result of wrong action; they are a result of wrong worship. The glorious promise of the Bible is that God is in the business of fixing this very problem: "I will sprinkle clean water on you," God promises, "and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and all your idols" (Ezek. 36:25).
